Doch mehr als zwei Jahre nach diesem historischen Moment halten die Umweltkrisen, die unsere Welt \u00fcberschatten, unvermindert an. Noch nie war es f\u00fcr Staaten so dringend, dieses Menschenrecht zu respektieren, zu sch\u00fctzen und zu erf\u00fcllen. Ein entscheidender erster Schritt dazu ist das Verst\u00e4ndnis seiner verschiedenen Dimensionen.&nbsp;<br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/franciscansinternational.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/R2HE_FI_2024_ENG.pdf\">\u201eDas Recht auf eine gesunde Umwelt: Von der Anerkennung zur Umsetzung\u201c<\/a> ist eine neue Publikation von Franciscans International, die Menschenrechtsverteidiger, Aktivisten und betroffene Gemeinschaften, die sich f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung und Verteidigung dieses Rechts einsetzen, st\u00e4rken soll. Auf der Grundlage dieser Gespr\u00e4che werden in dem Bericht die an der Basis gewonnenen Erkenntnisse ber\u00fccksichtigt und die bevorstehenden Herausforderungen aufgezeigt. Au\u00dferdem werden mehrere Rechtsf\u00e4lle behandelt, die von betroffenen Gemeinschaften vorgebracht wurden, um ihr Recht auf eine gesunde Umwelt einzufordern.&nbsp;<br><br>\u201eDas Recht auf eine gesunde Umwelt: Von der Anerkennung zur Umsetzung\u201c soll eine Quelle der Inspiration und Kreativit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Gemeinschaften und Bewegungen vor Ort sein. Er ist auch eine Einladung, weiter zu lernen, sich zu koordinieren und all diese Erkenntnisse zu teilen, wann immer dies m\u00f6glich ist.
